Features
The self-adhesive sealing tape is specifically designed to seal the back of frames or to protect the rabbet of wooden moldings. This long-lasting, acid-free pressure-sensitive tape adheres well to irregular or rough surfaces on almost all types of wood, cardboard, glass, metals, and plastics. It comes in white or gray colors and features a tin insulating coating with a permanent, inert acrylic adhesive, making it an excellent choice for many sealing applications. Since this adhesive is only reversible with mineral alcohols, it is difficult to remove. Do not apply directly onto any artwork.
Application
- Cut the desired length and apply it to the back of the frame
- Press firmly to ensure adhesion
- The tape can be overlapped for additional strength
