- Sizes: 120x80 cm and 101x152 cm – thicknesses: 1.4 mm and 3 mm – neutral to slightly alkaline pH – acid-free
- The 1.4 mm thickness is the most common and widely used
- Wide range of colours
- The entire collection features museum-grade conservation quality backing paper and core
Outer Surface Description
- Made of pure cellulose without lignin
- Buffered with calcium carbonate (minimum 3% by weight)
- Very low water-soluble extracts: chloride < 0.05%, sulphate < 0.25%
Core
- High-quality alpha-cellulose, lignin-free, with excellent whiteness
- Buffered with calcium carbonate (minimum 3%)
- Passes the Silver Tarnish Test and the Photographic Activity Test
Adhesive
- Water-based PVA with neutral pH
- Buffered with calcium carbonate (minimum 3%)
- Plasticiser-free
Accelerated Ageing Test
- According to TAPPI T.509 SU68
- pH values:
- At production: pH 8.9
- After 100 years: pH 8.9
- After 200 years: pH 8.9
- After 300 years: pH 8.9
