Shipping times and costs:

MOLVI only delivers in Spain, in case you wish to receive the products in other territories please contact us by e-mail at operaciones@molvi.es.

Delivery times will vary depending on the availability of the selected products and the destination to which the shipment will be made, but on average the products will be shipped within 48 hours of the purchase being made.

Shipping costs will be shown individually in each purchase process, currently our shipping costs for mainland Spain and Balearic Islands are as follows:

8.00 euros if the amount does not exceed 120 euros.

Free if the amount exceeds 120 euros.

In the event that the agency cannot deliver the package due to absence at the address provided, they will leave you a note or try to locate you by phone or email, to agree on another delivery date.

The package will be considered delivered at the time that the customer, or a third party acting on their behalf, takes possession of the package, which will be accredited by signature upon receipt of the package.

It is up to the customer to verify that their data is correct, in order to avoid incidents in the delivery of the package, particularly in the address and contact details such as telephone and email to be able to locate them correctly.

MOLVI will keep the customer informed by email or telephone call of any incident that may arise, in order to be able to solve it as soon as possible and in the event of not being able to meet the delivery date we will inform you of this circumstance and we will give you the option of continuing with the order with a new delivery date or cancelling with a full refund of the price paid. If this happens due to bad information in the delivery data or due to the absence of the customer at the delivery address, it will always be the responsibility of the customer and never of the transport agency or MOLVI.

Finally, it should be noted that certain situations may arise, beyond MOLVI's control, that cause delays in the delivery of orders, for example, states of alarm, confinement orders, situations of force majeure (such as earthquakes and floods), transport strikes that delay, prevent or cause the supply to suffer an incident or any incident related to the transport agency.

If several products have been ordered at the same time, MOLVI may deliver the different items that make up the shopping cart on different dates, depending on the availability of each one.
